Rug Pick Up and Return – Central VT & Greater Burlington

If your order is more than $250, we pick up and return the rug to you at no extra charge as long as your location is relatively close to our route.

We make this route on Fridays.

We schedule a one hour arrival-time window so you don’t have to spend the day waiting around for us. Occasionally we have to change the appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances. When this happens we let you know as soon as we know.

This is a one person pick-up and delivery route. So if the rug is large enough to require 2 people to move it, you will need to help us or have someone to help us with the loading and unloading. We can have a second person on the route if the order is large enough to justify the added expense.

If you need to have a local person come to your home to help us, we can stay in close touch with you or that person on the day of the pick up (or return) so that person isn’t waiting around for us.

If you can’t be home on the day of the appointment, we can pick up the rug and return it as long as you have a safe place to leave it and we have access to that place.

Winter weather plays havoc with the route schedule. Heavy snow or icy road conditions may force us to change or cancel your appointment. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know and re-schedule your rug pick up or return.
